Why does it take so long to generate my videos?

It’s actually super fast compared to the days or weeks it usually takes to make a video with most other services. The first preview of the videos is created instantly, but to actually convert it into a downloadable video takes a few minutes. We are looking into how to make the download process faster, but for now take a sip of coffee or a short trip to the toilet to make room for more coffee. After you have selected the products, video templates and music you want to use you can generate the real video in MP4-format - ready to download and use on your webshop or in Facebook, Instagram or YouTube campaigns. This is a pretty resource intensive process so it does take a few minutes. However, as the video generation is run in parallel processes the time it takes is approximately the same for one or several videos. Please lean back - you can even log out of your account and login later to download your videos.
